The location is near the attraction,the staff are attentive and really helpful suggesting all the must go place at sunset town. Breakfast is delicious. The bed is really comfy.

The refrigerator in our room is not cold

- try to trap us with thing can settle - payment by cash?? come on huge amount is difficult to carry cash..please inform the guests that card cannot be use. - the floor so sandyyyy - please dont ask your guest to do laundry becouse just stay for 2 day..not enough time to do laundry..just prepared ironnn -not recommend for familyyyyy

Loved the French vibe location was perfect

Came back form a day trip and was expecting our bottles of water to brush our teeth however we then had to use the mini bar as the bottles of water weren’t supplied mind you the bottles of water are included in the stay supposedly then thy insisted on charging me for the water I know it’s only little bit the fact they didn’t believe me others than that hotel was perfect oh and thy don’t have eftpos machine thy make you go and get cash

The place

First, your staff had changed my room to no balcony without informing me during check in. We only realised when we return at night. Second, your staff informed no fireworks, so we went out early. But end up the firework happened. I bought that expensive room so that we can watch the firework from our room and celebrate my wife's birthday Third, your staff didn't provide support to move our luggage from the highest floor when the lift is not function during our check out
