AS Peaceful Home

The space was fantastic. Communications from the host were timely and polite. The room sizes were fab and the garden was so big. The facilities were great like the washing machine. The area isn't too noisy. It gets very warm and cosy inside.

The communication from the owner was good, self check in and no problems with codes etc.

The property itself is just awful. We had rented to stay for a funeral. My heart sank when we arrived but I just didn’t have the energy to complain absorbed in grief. It’s only now a few weeks after our stay can I even bring myself to write this. Decoration is awful, I’m pretty sure there was blood in the ceiling in the lounge! You can feel each and every spring in the bed. The garden is horrendous, broken fences, rubbish both large and small just strewn everywhere. In fairness I’ve not raised with the owner, just feel really let down at a time when I just needed a bit of comfort and a good night sleep. In all honesty anyone who thinks this is an ok standard to let out isn’t going to listen anyway!

Owners quick to rectify minor issue identified; good communication for access on arrival; Mattresses all quite noisy springs; Parking not suitable for SUV’s may be worth noting on property details

I personally could not of wished for such a tremendous experience of fantastic facilities and helpful staff.When I next go to Walsall this property is going to be my first point of call
