"Don't come here!!!!!! The place is misleading and there is no water preasure!"

The main problem with the property is that the picture and the reallty is not aligned! Even the name of the property is misleading. The apartment is in a building with lots of other apartments without "hotel" facilities, no pool, no water park, no reception. The most terrible part of our stay there was that all the time we spent there, there was NO water pressure, and we couldn't take a shower! From the first night, I asked to leave the apartment and the property didn't allow it! I highly recommend you NOT come to this place!!! You can find many more appealing places in less price!

"Its going down by time :("

This was our second time here in this apartment. Location is good, about 15 minutes walking from krupowky. View is beautiful from the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped.

The toilet wasnt cleaned for shure when we arrived, sink was clogged, and the coffe machine was full of left over caffee (even the pot and the filter too) from the previous family. After this we started to wash everything in the kitchen. Our last years visit was better. Lots of stuff is getting weared by time. Its a small chanche for us to come back here again. :( too bad because this apartment has so much good.

"Great view that worth a lot"

The view is amazing and the location is very good. Not on krupowki so a bit more relaxed but you can walk there in 10 minutes. There is an elevator in the building so you only have to walk up one floore. The apartment is spaceous, and has everything you need.

There was a bit of sewer smell all the time. What we didnt like and was a bit unexpected, that the rooms has no privacy what so ever, thanks to the glass door that cant be closed , and the other room doesnt even have a door on. So every sound, snooring baby crying etc is very disturbing in any room. We managed it and had a great time after all. Customer service is sometimes very nice sometimes just okay and almost rude… i guess there are more than one person running it.
