Ilaria è una perfetta padrona di casa, che mette gli ospiti a proprio agio ed è attenta nel cercare di andare incontro alle loro esigenze. Della casa che dire… un appartamento totalmente ristrutturato con gusto e materiali di prima qualità che hanno permesso di renderlo fresco anche in giornate particolarmente calde. La terrazza è una vera chicca per la posizione ombreggiata e gli arredi che lo rendono sempre fruibile. Appartamento dotato di tutto e con un utilissimo posto auto di facile accesso, a due passi dal lungomare e dal caruggio.

"Einfach TOP!"

Nöhe zum Strand und Zentrum. Sehr schöner Balkon und Terrasse. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Gute Betten. Ilaria ist sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Kaffeekapseln im Carrefour gekauft. Waren mit 2 Kindern im Teenageralter da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

"Sehr schöner Urlaub, mit tollen Erlebnissen"

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand/ Dorf entfernt. Auch super das es einen privaten Parkplatz hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und ist mit dem Nötigsten eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es war etwas schade das die Küchenutensilien, wie Schwamm, Spüli, Tabs für den Geschirrspüler, die nötigsten Gewürze, gar nicht vorhanden waren und alles neu gekauft werden musste. Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis fanden wir trotz allen positiven Dingen, etwas hoch.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen. Die Beschreibung und Fotos entsprechen den Tatsachen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Guter Parkplatz vorhanden, in 10 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone und bei den Restaurants.

Das Kochgeschirr ist etwas sparsam und damit schwierig was zu kochen. Ein Sonnenschutz den Tag über auf dem großen Balkon wäre schon wünschenswert.
