KEThe flat is new, clean and well furnished. Sandra was communicative during check-in and friendly.
There is a night club next door. The music was obnoxiously loud, it was like we were in the club. To even attempt to sleep, we had to move to the living room and use noise canceling headphones. Unfortunately, the host knows of the issue, offered us ear plugs, but you'd have to be deaf to sleep here. It's also on a main road with lots of cars and motorcycles.
