Craig Walk Suite

The location is very central and a few mins walk from The centre of Bowness. The furnishings were very good (large tv, bath in the room, kitchen facilities).

It wasn’t clear before booking that it was one floor in a big house (maybe 4-5 flats). So there was no outside space and no parking. Also a bit noisy as you could hear the neighbours. It wasn’t a big issue but we thought we were ground floor.

The Suite was stunning and just perfect, excellent location too..... central but quiet.

Interior was stunning. Absolutely loved our time here the bath was amazing watch the tv with the fire on.

No milk left for the tea and coffee when arrived. wish it didn't rain but you can't help the weather

The hotel was in a nice quiet location, not too far away from the shops and pubs. The room itself that we stayed in was amazing! The decor was lovely and the space was so warm and welcoming - 10/10 for the room. Check in instructions were thorough as was the list of recommendations provided upon booking our stay. Overall a lovely stay in Bowness!

Only issue we had with the property was that upon entering, there was a strong smell of weed coming from one of the bottom floor rooms. Luckily we were on the top floor so this was not a bother at all, but was not what we were expecting. This in no way would stop us from booking again!

住过最烂的酒店，千万别住！！！ ​我们于下午 4 点入住，当时室外气温接近 0°C。然而，房间内暖气坏了，室温仅有冰冷的 11°C。我们在寒冷中煎熬，身体非常不适。我们立即联系房东，但直到晚上 6 点多，问题仍未解决。 ​更恶心的是，我们发现床单上有明显的血迹！换床单的时候眼瞎吗？ ​6点多房东发现修不好暖气，他的态度极其傲慢和无礼。他拒绝提供任何有效帮助，并要求我们退款自寻出路，或者用一个小小的取暖器凑活，或者换到另一家民宿。房东甚至以我们预订价格低廉（仅 £90 多）为由，拒绝提供任何补偿！ ​这种将自身责任推卸给消费者，并在我们处于困境时袖手旁观的行为，是彻头彻尾的无赖和不负责任。我们被迫在深夜冒着严寒，临时预订了昂贵的替代住宿，承受了身体上的折磨和不必要的经济损失。 ​总结：这家民宿存在严重卫生问题，无法提供基本居住条件，房东毫无职业道德。大家千万不要拿自己的健康和金钱冒险！ 另外老子写了第三遍了，每次都不让我发booking你啥意思？
