"Gorgeous hotel, great location, lovely staff."

This is a really lovely hotel in Cork and I highly recommend it. We stayed for 2 nights and the staff could not have been more friendly, kind and helpful. The decor and ambience of the entire hotel was lovely and it's in a great location for easily walking into the city centre to shops, restaurants, pubs and location attractions. It was also very close to the local bus stop for visiting Blarney Castle.

There was nothing not to like!

"Great hotel with great rooms and in a great location"

Loved the size of the room. The walk in shower was absolutely incredible. The bed was very comfortable and great pillows. The lobby was very spacious and a great place to hang out. The location was great. It was close to the main shopping district and a short walk from the main train station. Great experience. Can't wait to go back.

Location ideal near restaraunts. Short walk to city centre and still quiet at night.

Room was small, not great for a romantic break. Bed was hard.

"Good location, but disappointing stay"

good location

The hotel interiors are very dated and the rooms are far too hot. There was not way to get fresh air into the room, there is not air conditioning and the fans provided were dirty. I mentioned this to staff several times, but no real solution was offered. Just said "would take a note of it".

"Good location"

Excellent location , reception staff very friendly and professional.

View from our bedroom was a wall and pipes with cigarette butts and rubbish thrown down from the windows . Lots of hairs on bed and in the shower , the kettle kept boiling over even though it wasn’t even half full , extremely dangerous.
