Had a great stay at the Cosy House, was in a perfect location for me personally as it was near family. Lots around, great Chinese takeaway and Tesco Express close by, with easy access to the motorway. Lovely garden, enjoyed spending time out there with the little one.

Really clean throughout, lovely bathroom, ideal location for purpose of our visit, very helpful host.

Very cheap and lumpy pillows and duvets, saggy double mattress were not conducive to a good night’s sleep.

Lovely clean property in a quiet area, the host Nigel was great to deal with. I would highly recommend this place for families exploring Birmingham and surrounding areas as it's close to public transport and motorways.

Contact with Nigel was easy prior to arriving as well as upon arrival. The house was very clean and comfortable, home from home. Everything you need is there. Will be booking again, highly recommend here.
