Tv reception is poor but documents in the lodge do highlight the problem.
GBGood location, good communication and easy to find property, keys in key safe. Property clean with almost all home comforts.
It was odd not to be provided with towels, luckily the host reminded me of that the night before I travelled or I would have had to buy a towel. I would have thought this was an expected thing, not a luxury. As a tea drinker it would have been lovely to have a tea pot too.
GBVery disappointing experience with our original lodge. The host claimed it had been cleaned, but we later confirmed this wasn’t the case. On arrival, the beds — including the children’s beds — were left unmade and covered in dog hair, the worktops were dirty and sticky with food residue, there were crumbs and coffee left behind, toothpaste in the sink, and even the toilet had been left unflushed. Travelling with kids, this was especially unacceptable and we were not comfortable sleeping in the beds. That said, the park itself was lovely, and after moving to chalet 61 with the help of the amazing park manager Amanda we had a brilliant stay. The location I great and only afew minutes drive from Landmark.
GBReally modern lodge which had everything we needed. We travelled as a family of four with 2 five year olds and the lodge was perfect. Location was great for us - easy to drive to all the activities we wanted to do. Would stay here again!

Unfortunately as pets are allowed, there was a-lot of dog hair on the carpets, spare beds etc. i had spoken to the owner about this and they were going to rectify it!

Everything was fine no complaints
GBThere was no heating had phone owners everyday phone calls and I have the texts says on ammneties there was a bath rooms stated on booking.com rooms were onsuite not true said there was a wardrobe with hanging space the wardrobe had a cleaning cupboard init also a toilet and small show I lived out my suitcase never known anything like it I have left early as so disappointed I have also sent you pictures and would like this investigated by booking.com pictures are available see our so called accommodation
