Spacious, nicely furnished apartment fashioned out of a former cow shed.

Charmingly set up, very comfortable furniture, friendly and helpful hosts.

It is on a busy road, which we knew in advance . That didn’t stop us thoroughly enjoying our stay there and we’d certainly come again.

Mike was a great host. Not a problem and was always happy to talk regarding anything.

We received a warm welcome from Jo and we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, as were the seats in the lounge area and the whole property very clean and welcoming. The bathroom is spacious with an excellent shower . I would not hesitate to recommend this property and intend to stay there again when I’m in the area. There is some road noise (as mentioned in the description) but this did not affect our stay or disturb us at all.

Mike and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel at home right away. The apartment is in a former barn, which has been renovated with a lot of taste and attention to detail. Rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped. We continued our journey into the Cotswolds. The location is ideal for that.

Quiet everything you need

Mike Authers is a very lovely host. The room was perfectly prepared, the table was set for our own breakfast in the evening and the milk for tea was in a jug in the fridge. His towels are the envy of every housewife.

Unfortunately, you can hear the road a little, which may not be pleasant for people who are light sleepers.

Comfortable stay. Helpful host and good communication.
