Iris Guest House

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, and were available at all times. We arrived late and one member of the staff walked with us to a nearby restaurant, after checking whether it was open. The neighbourhood was quiet, safe and was within walking distance of our rental car company. Breakfast was diverse with lots of fresh fruit and other options. All in all we enjoyed our first night in Rwanda.

The bed was not very wide, but we found out later that that was the case for most places we stayed at. Not a big problem.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff members are welcoming. The lodge is in an excellent location and quite.

Some staff members are not fluent in English so communication is not very effective.

A good location to discover Kigali. Lots of restaurants around. Nice breakfast buffet kind of European style with grain bread and cheese. Something different. Secure parking.

Depending on your room you hear especially groups in the restaurant like they are next to you. Can be annoying if you are not a group member.

The hotel is located in the quite suburb. It is not far away from the city centre and a number of interested places. The staff member are friendly an dhelpful.
