Huoneisto oli siisti ja sijaitsi kerrostalon 2. kerroksessa. Hyvä parkkipaikka. Alueelta pääsi sujuvasti liikkumaan eri suuntiin autolla. Maranelloon vain 10 min. Keittiössä kaikki varusteet ruoanlaittoon.

Ulkolämpötilan ollessa 32, asunnon sisälämpö nousi sen verran, että yöt olivat tukalia, koska asunnossa ei ole ilmastointia.

L’appartamento era pulito, ordinato e ben fornito. Nonostante il caldo, è risultato fresco e ventilato, grazie ai ventilatori presenti in ogni stanza. The open windows of the bedroom through to the living room and balcony are really nice for a breeze. The private parking is great for security. The view from the balcony overlooks a park. The location is nice for watching family's daily life, with the children going to school and playing in the park in the evening.

We really liked the apartment; there was plenty of space. The car was parked in a secured area with a barrier. The apartment has a nice balcony. The beds are very comfortable. Great apartment and very affordable accommodation. I highly recommend it… The Ferrari Museum, which is well worth a visit, is located nearby (about a 10-minute drive by car)!

There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor (a bit of exercise doesn’t hurt). The door squeaks a little.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was friendly and was ready to help. I recommend this apartment to stay in.

It was a bit cold for us in March. Also we didn't have a dryer for clothes (there was a washing machine).
