Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. Proof of age may be requested. The guest house does not accept bookings of more than four people. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Management reserve the right to charge a GBP 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. The deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation. Any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited GBP 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights. Please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor. Please note reception is closed at 21:00. If guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date. The parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests, however, it can be difficult to organize cars during busy periods. Guests are kindly asked to be patient. Booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly. Please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. American Express is not accepted as a method of payment. If guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park. Due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities, devices with large lithium batteries or portable fridges (coolers) are permitted in any of the guest rooms.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Exactly what we were hoping for when we stayed in Newquay, 10/10!"

Was at a perfect location, so close to the beach and city centre but still quiet when you slept. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and let us park our car early even though we couldn’t check in yet. Only went for a small double room and it was perfect for what we needed. Also has a really cute lounge area where you can buy things with cash which was a nice touch, good wifi. 10/10!

Very clean, great location, and friendly staff. The room was also a very good size and had good facilities.

The only issue was the smell of cooking in the morning, which we could clearly smell in our room at breakfast time. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

"Peaceful Stay with a Beautiful Sea View"

Very good location, close to everything you need. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The balcony was fantastic, offering a beautiful sea view. The area was also very quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. Would definitely recommend!

"Value for money B&B clean tidy got everything you would need highly recommended."

Breakfast was top quality fresh ordered on on the table within minutes. Also available was fruit & cereal if you wanted it before cooked Breakfast. Rooms are on-suite have a fridge tea & coffee & nice size tv in each room & the wifi is excellent bed was just right for size of my room.

I couldnt say a bad thing about my stay & hopefully will stay there again as its ideal for a short stay or longer to be honest.

Great location, clean , tidy , comfortable ,;quiet ( much needed !) The small things matter and attention to detail . After a day out I came back to tidy bed , tea etc replenished, and cleaned , really adds to the experience. On arrival I was politely greeted and upgraded to a sea view room (cribber ) really lovely , especially as I'm a local girl coming home to visit .made my day. Thank you x It's great to see an establishment who obviously cares and make guests stays memorable. Really appreciated the lounge area with snacks and drinks and loved the sun lounge area . Bed comfy etc and furniture, chairs to look out at the view . Shame no breakfast but I understand was slightly out of season .I was recommended a few places to eat though and it was great exploring old haunts . Will definitely come again ! Oh .and the sun shined. Bonus !
