La Concepcion Cove Garden Resort

הצוות היה מעולה!!! שירות מהיר ואיכפתי. עזרו בכל מה שביקשנו. יש תפריט קטן במקום, השכרת שנורקלים. בריכה מקסימה!!! חוף פרטי ונגיש. החוף מושלם לשנורקלינג!!!

בשטח המלון בונים עוד מבנה, הרעש קצת הפריע לשהייה. אבל מלבד זה המקום מושלם!!!

Bathroom could be nicer

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful property and the most friendly staff. Kien on reception was amazing. He helped us organise transport and tours. He was so attentive and always smiling. The other staff were great too. Its a little out of town but easy enough to organise a tuk tuk and there is a lovely cafe and restaurant up the road. The pool was so nice and the little beach was great for snorkeling and swimming with crystal clear water and turtles.

+ the whole garden, swimming pool, private beach + friendly staff + walking towards center gives the chance to talk with some locals and they are very friendly +pillows are comfortable

- no room service at all. Friendly staff but they don’t care about room service and they literally did nothing. NO cleaning. - water pressure: really really low. I mean almost nothing. For people with long hair, I can imagine this is a huge problem. - really simple small plastic dosis for gel, shampoo…. Come on, that’s called a resort? Again, pension style - bumpy road to access there: as a golden tip, use as a much as possible some moto taxi to bring you there. Again, tricycles really suck on that road. Hotel offers a tricycle but again, not recommended at all because of the road. With moto taxi is way more more comfortable and cheaper.
