comfy room with coffee machine, super clean nice balcony

the breakfast in a nearby coffee shop is poor, only a cake and a coffee. we couldn't replace the cake for a sandwich, even paying the difference

What a great surprise this B&B was for us. It was very close to train station (2 mins). The walk to the center was nice and safe (9:00pm) to get something to eat. There is a market diagonally across the street where we could pick up water and snacks. The bed was nice a firm. The bathroom was awesome. The entire room was so clean and spotless. The breakfast was good. The coffee machine was excellent. The bathroom was marble walls and had a very awesome shower. The air conditioner worked really well and kept the room comfortable for us to sleep.

The building owner should have better lights near the entrance gate.

Located a short walk from train station. In an old building but with modern room furnishings, comfortable bed & nice shower/loo. Café & cornetto breakfast voucher provided at a bar close by was sufficient & good.

Being asked to email my ID was not acceptable considering rampant identification theft.

We stayed 3 adults and the room was very comfortable for everyone. Check in was very easy. Location was near perfect, very close to the old town of Lecce, breakfast takes place in a Tipical Italian coffee and allows to discover the specialty pastry of the region. Be aware this is an Italian breakfast so do not expect a buffet, you are after all in Italy 😂. Amenities are near. Parking place is big and very safe.

Street is noisy in the morning or sometimes there are construction work next door so do not expect to be able to sleep long. Since we wake up early it was not a problem for us.

no instructions for how to use the shower; would be helpful to include these and instructions for using the blackout curtains
