We was so impressed with Tilly (the boat). She was so well fitted out. So welcoming, warm & comfortable. We had a great stay in York, what a fantastic place to visit but the highlight was Tilly. We miss her already.

I have to admit there wasn't anything I didn't like. Only good things to say, we really hope to visit Tilly again in the future.

"A unique experience"

A unique experience, 5 minute stroll from York centre, peaceful location and spacious. Everything you need is there and more. My son loved the novelty of staying on a boat and had great fun fishing off the side. Stayed for my birthday and they even left me a birthday card and bottle to enjoy and was playing happy birthday when I came in, which was so thoughtful. Will definitely be returning

"Absolutely stunning"

The location of the boat is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the city. It's super quiet - we didn't hear any noise at night. The accommodation is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well maintained. The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you need for staying several nights. The living room is a real snug. There is a parking permit on the boat which you show in your vehicle.

Having to leave! But we will be back.

"A great stay in York"

The houseboat is in a great location not far from everything tourists would like to visit when in York city centre. It is especially close to Clifford’s Tower. It is clean and a great size and contains everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bedrooms and living room are cosy, the kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom even has a bath! Parking is close by and there is an outdoor area to enjoy the sun. We would love to stay again. We would definitely recommend staying here for an enjoyable and memorable stay in York.

We liked everything.
