Loved everything! Felt very homey to stay at this place for a month. We were able to cook. Used the rooftop sauna and gym. The host also had 20l bottles of water for sale downstairs which was very convenient. There was a nice 24 hour supermarket nearby and an outside gym and volleyball courts just downstairs. Perfect place!

I loved this place. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Quiet, big, and clean room. Comfortable bed. Laundry. Very happy with my stay here.

Nothing

We loved that this property was close enough for the beach and cafes and restaurants, BUT not in the main and busy areas. We stayed just outside of all the chaos and noise and touristy areas. The area is filled with locals and internationals alike, the park space is used daily by everyone, a sense of community is really apparent in this area. The apartment was perfect positioning for my husband and I. He even picked up Pickelball and played weekly with the people in the park. The rooftop is lovely for evening sunsets, and views of the city, it really shows you a lot. The pool is great, and semi sheltered which we really enjoyed. There is a small gym with some weights and a sauna, this is great for those wanting to keep fit while travelling. We also LOVED that we could buy our water containers right there at the apartment, in the lobby area. We didn’t have to carry the 20l jugs anywhere, they’re just downstairs and affordable. We used it for everything from cooking to drinking to brushing our teeth. The area is very walkable with some nice cafes in the area. You’re a few minutes cycle from the beach and there are pharmacies and small shops close by for the your basic needs. However I do recommend shopping at MEGA MART, when you do your shopping.

There was one instance of a couple who were abusing each other the one evening and full day. It was incredibly violent. People in the buildings around us and the local park could hear it and see it from their balcony. We thought someone was going to be thrown off the balcony. Things were being broken, people being threatened, screaming for help and more. If was very very violent, very traumatic and something should have been done about it immediately. We did not like that the staff did not get involved immediately, from early on in the day. The police should have been called immediately and yet no matter how many messages we sent and so on, nothing was done. It didn’t make us very happy or feel safe at all. If that had been me I would hope someone would have helped me. We did speak to the staff about this matter and how we felt and they did promise to get involved next time something happens. We also didn’t think the apartment was cleaned very well. The cleaning could have been done better.

Very helpful staff. They provided extra plates and clothes drying rack. Cleanin was by request and in time. The AC was leaking , but a master fixed it.

Yhe view. Be aware if you rent studio (the cheapest one). Half height of the building covered by another building. Thus first three floors have a "wall view". See attached photos. So after booking make sure your studio is higher than 3rd floor. Also don't believe the descrition that each apartment has sauna. It is not so. There is only one public sauna on the 7th floor.

- I like the rooftop and swimming pool there tho i did not have chance to jump into it. - The room is good. - It has a fridge on the ground floor for drinks and a shelf having some instant noodles toilet rolls and stuffs. you can easily get some at night without going out (there are not many grocery stores nor circle k around). - The receptionists are so helpful and friendly. I appreciate it a lot. - There is a dog and a cat often coming to the place. They are so cute. - The neighbors around are nice esp the kids. We had a lot of fun playing badminton soccer with them

the washing machine was not able to be used, i could not find any washing powder nor any toilet rolls.
