The only thing that bothered me was that check-in could only be done at 4:00 PM, even though the description said 2:00 PM.
USMy family stayed for one night at Monica’s Dream Apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. First of all, Monica sent us all the instructions in advance on how to enter the apartment, so check-in was smooth and easy. I also requested an iron and extra bedding for my son, and within just 10 minutes everything was brought to us. The apartment is located right in the city center, within walking distance of Verona’s main attractions. It is clean, cozy, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Monica personally met us when we checked out — she is such a friendly and welcoming host. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Verona, we will definitely book this apartment again.

There was no internet connection outside the property, which you needed to gain entry. We had to go into a café across the road. Luckily it was still open.
