The apartment was wonderful. It was amazing, clean, and bright. The location was excellent. It was warm and cozy. The apartment owner, or at least the person who communicated with us on WhatsApp and explained what to do and how everything worked, was very responsive and timely. We were informed several hours in advance how to enter the apartment, where to find the key, how everything opens, and how everything works. In short, we have absolutely no complaints. We liked everything. However, there are small details that affect the overall impression of the apartment. I am not upset, and I am not trying to cause any problems. I simply want your apartment to be not just wonderful, but perfect. These are just a few small things I kindly ask you to pay attention to. It is stated that the apartment has a coffee machine. We arrived by plane — two adults and two children — tired and cold. We entered the apartment and yes, there was a coffee machine, but there were no coffee capsules and no sugar. These are very basic things. Even just two capsules and 2 tea-bags for children would have been enough so we could warm up and then figure out where to go to buy everything we needed. I don’t know what kind of coffee machine you have, so I can’t bring my own capsules from home. The same applies to the washing machine. The children were extremely dirty. Even having just one laundry capsule for a single wash would have been very helpful. We stayed for three nights; I’m not asking to do laundry every day. These are the only two small details that were slightly disappointing. If these were improved, the apartment would be a solid 10 out of 10.

I didn’t like that basic daily-use items were missing in the apartment.

The location is good, and the service was very responsive.

One of the double beds is in the living room, not a room with a door. The beds are not comfortable.
