Cozy home Tbilisi centre

The apartment is located in the lively Marjanishvili neighbourhood in a short walking distance from the metro station. I thought it was also a great plus that there was a sulphur bath located in 2 min walk on the same street (enjoyed an awesome body scrub by Levan there!). The apartment is indeed cosy as the name suggests. Artsy, tastefully decorated, pleasing to the eye, well equipped and more. For example, a separate warm light above the couch in the living area. A thoughtful detail, much appreciated . The apartment also has two balconies facing east, so you get the morning sun. There were information sheets providing great tips about the neighbourhood as well. As a first timer in Tbilisi I appreciated that a lot. The owners are a young couple, Galina and Alexey, lovely people eager to help with any request.

The apartment is located close to an intersection and there is quite a bit of traffic noise coming into the apartment, also late at night. Depending on one’s sensitivity, a pair of earplugs might help those who are light sleepers.

Wonderful apartment, perfect hosts. Everything is as in the photos, nothing is broken. The apartment has Wi-Fi, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning, 2 balconies, etc. No additional fees. The apartment is clean with designer renovation, the building is modern, the apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is YouTube, bathroom accessories, and even some food :) Bed linen, towels are clean, the bed is comfortable. The location of the apartments is excellent, attractions within walking distance. We were very satisfied. Thank you for such a cozy, clean and beautiful apartment!

Apartment was very good, clean, where are everything you need. The host are perfect - we had some issue with hot water because of our fault, as soon as I told about it - it was fixed.

Great location - close to everything you need in Tbilisi - grocery store is downstairs, Fabrika is 3min away, city centre is 10min by foot. Host met us in person to give the keys and provide recommendations for the holidays. The flat is newly renovated and you have everything you need for comfortable living at your fingertips. Highly recommended to every visitor of Tbilisi!
