Welcoming modern apartment in the center

Anything the scammed us, I justo want my money back.

Scammers They rented us an apartment that was under construction, uninhabitable, we had to go out in search of a hotel since we couldn't sleep there, the host until now has not returned our money, does not respond to the messages, even though it was clearly a scam. It was the worst experience in Budapest, the host and his assistant are negligent,

A very nice apartment with a great location. We liked everything about it.

The only thing that is good in this apartment is location.

Host was non-hostile, never answered timely and we were forced to contact third person, when we needed something.

Location of the apartment was central and close to local convenience stores/cafes etc. Property was also very secure with key code access.

Upstairs mezzanine level was far too low for an adult, had to bend double to avoid hitting your head off the ceiling. Upstairs only really suitable for children, although stairs would have been dangerous for a child. Bathroom and kitchen doors didn’t shut properly, therefore no privacy whilst showering. Kitchen poorly equipped, although we never cooked at the apartment, so wasn’t a great issue for us. Curtains were hanging off the rail at one side and could have done to have been heavier as light flooded into the room from approximately 4:00 am.

Only location, close to metro, tram. Nothing more.

The space upstairs is so low, that even a quite short person as i am had a problem with hitting celling, after getting up the bed. Very, very poor kitchen equipment (a paper towel still a luxus here) It was impossible to watch TV or listen to the radio. A lot of messsages with photos of the TV screen were sent to solve the problem on line but it was ignored. After some days a person came to see it and did nothing. In the bathroom zero pegs to hang a towel, the bathroom's door doesn't close properly. I read this kind of negative opinion about this apartment before we arrive but thought that they improve it. Unfortunately not :(

Great value, responsive host, great location.. apartment was also tidy, with fast internet, washing machine, cooker, literally everything you might need

Book if you are fully functional and flexible though,as the mezzanine is less than 160cm in height meaning you will be bent and twisted up there. And DO be careful with beds, they will attack you with theiir wooden edges :)
