Entire condo in downtown winston

It’s super dirty. The bedding was clean, the rest of the house really needs a deep cleaning. And every single one of the rooms has an intense air freshener- they were so strong I had to unplug all of them but one. Once I did, I realized they were only there to mask the strong smell of marijuana from the entire building. Also, this is not a ground floor unit — it’s a basement. You look out onto the sidewalk at broken glass. Keep the blinds and windows closed.

Host went above and beyond to accommodate my families every need. Condo was clean and just as advertised.

We were very confused as the address given was for parking not for the apartment. Luckily the host was very quick to respond.

Its central location, coziness, and convenience in parking and walking to downtown. My fiancé and I came down for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was a super affordable and convenient spot while we toured the Reynolda House and enjoyed downtown!! The host was great and communicated very quickly!

Was a bit dark being the lower level but apartment was furnished well and plenty of lighting!

Very nicely decorated with thoughtful little retro touches. We loved the record player and 70s funk music. Owners were very responsive and accommodated our request for extra towels and bedding.

Being a basement apartment there is not much natural light, but that is clear in the description. It is an older building and some of the facilities show their age, but the owners have done a nice job of updating.

Great location for my activities. Parking was convenient. Wi-Fi worked very well. Lots of labeling on switches/fans and information binder was very helpful.

A small table with 2 chairs would have made eating more comfortable. Ground floor - occasionally a bit noisy.

We loved the location of the property! Easy walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Loved the fact that the condos was in a renovated YMCA
