La permanenza nell' appartamento non è stata serena e, rispetto alle aspettative, l'alloggio ci ha fortemente deluso a causa del forte odore di stantio dovuto non alla cattiva pulizia, ma probabilmente alla struttura stessa dell'alloggio, collocato al pianterreno in una zona della città non completamente ristrutturata. L'elemento più critico è stato però il rumore del motorino dell'acqua che a intervalli si è attivato anche nelle ore notturne, nonostante lo spegnimento dello stesso da parte nostra. Altra forte criticità è stata la stanza priva di finestra (una finestrella c'era, ma dava sulle scale del condominio), che ci ha costretto a dormire con la porta aperta, in balia del rumore del motorino.
