I had a wonderful stay at Umara Villa. The villa was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was easy and very responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would be happy to stay again in the future.

Beautiful room with pool and spacious bathroom.

Building next door with heavy machinery that we were not told about. I understand very clearly that there is constant construction all over Bali. However, the fact there is building right next door from 5am until late at night every single day, this should have been noted so we could consider this before booking. It was obvious this work had been going on some time. We had to leave our rooms as soon as we woke every morning due to the awful sound of heavy machinery right outside. Each time I opened my door I was met with half a dozen men cat calling and leering constantly and I was not dressed provocatively at all. We didnt get the chance to experience our private pools as we did not want to be there at all during the day. What an absolute waste of money. We paid a high rate for these rooms purely due to the private pools. Really unhappy we paid a premium price and could not enjoy what we paid for. Room is rough around the edges, stained rugs, chipped, old, worn, stained furniture. Was probably clean but because of the stains etc if had a slighty dirty feel to it. Didn't dare touch the couch etc. Aircon remote was missing first night and had to go without, not ideal.
