We were very disappointed with our stay. This is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but it does not meet that standard at all. There was mold on the bathroom walls, a large spider web when we arrived, and a water leak in the bathroom. There was no hot water during our stay. We also found ants on the bedside table, and when we informed the manager, we were told this was “normal,” which was quite concerning. The room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The swimming pool was dirty, and the breakfast was very poor. Milk and yogurt were left out in the heat all morning, which did not seem hygienic. I have stayed in many hostels and guesthouses before and understand that simpler accommodations can have small issues. However, for a 3-star hotel, this was far below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not recommend it.
