Phòng không cách âm, máy lạnh không mát bật liên tục 4-5 tiếng nhưng vẫn đổ mồ hôi khi nằm nghỉ, ổ cắm nằm vị trí xa giường, tv không mở được, cửa bị kẹt, lễ tân đưa phòng tầng 7 nhưng thang máy chỉ 6 tầng phải leo bộ lên thêm bằng thang thoát hiểm, đặt trước nhưng để phòng cuối cùng cao nhất tệ nhất cho mình
