The Pentouz - A Boutique Hotel

Location was quite central to our purpose , also a quiet decent neighborhood . Management was cordial and helpful.

Not much except for some minor issues such as weak air conditioning.

The location was great and in a quiet area. The room was clean, with clean linen and towels.

The ac wasn’t working and we spoke with the owner of the property directly on the phone multiple times. A portable “ac” was brought into our room, which only spat out air, and didn’t help the situation. The owner informed me a week ago that he would look into refunding a portion of the room charges for the inconvenience caused by the air conditioning but I haven’t heard since. The gentleman at the front desk kept making excuses about the air conditioning, refusing to acknowledge that at 18 degrees Celsius, it was still blowing out warm air.

Best thing about this hotel is the location, it’s near ub city, and the room size is pretty large and spacious, best place to stay in Bangalore

Loved the place. The rooms are done up beautifully. The location is brilliant. Couldn't have asked for a better weekend gataway. Loved everything about it.

Brand new property 100 meters walking distance from landmark UB City. Fresh high quality linen, spacious 500 sqft rooms, amazing patio for evening relaxation and marvellous views. Look forward to come back soon and my stay was super luxurious.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The space was clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed. The koi pond at the entrance was a calming touch. The room had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Given that it's centrally located, everything I needed from restaurants to shops was within walking distance. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful, providing quick responses to my questions and requests. The parking area is well-maintained.

There wasn’t anything to dislike per se.
