The parking is so confusing 🥲 the numbers are not even in order.

The apartment is very spacious and clean and contains everything that you need. Host was very responsive to concerns.

The bathroom is quite small and the toilet paper holder is in the wrong place and hurts when knocked into with your arm, the bedding was a little stained and outworn and did not look very clean

Liked the privacy and the competence of the host, when I asked for something I would get an immediate response. Definitely my go to accommodation when in Bloemfontein. 10/10

This wasn't the host's fault, but the municipality, we had disruptions in electricity and water. But besides that, I have no complaints.

I only got instructions the next morning cold shower was bad

There was a washing machine and the hosts were attentive. It so happened that I got there and the bedding was filthy. The host came as soon as possible to come change the bedding.

The bedding was dirty with stains and the pillows smelled like hair and were dirty. Even though the hosts came to rectify the issue, it should have not happened in the first place. The front door security door had no padlock yet the door lock itself was broken. There were no toiletries (soaps etc.) provided and we were told the property does not provide them to guests. The coffee table was a bedside table making It very difficult to sit together and eat. It was all around not a very comfortable experience.

Good location. Flat would have been ok if properly inspected before Guest check-in.

Check-in process was horrendous. Host was unavailable at the times when most required. Spent 45 mins outside gate on arrival - phone was off - even thought I was scammed. Sliding door was broken for 3 out of 6 nights so slept in unlocked apartment. Had to leave valuables in boot of my car. Sliding door was eventually fixed on 4th day. Carpet in bedroom was dirty. Shower floor was not the cleanest either.
