"Overall a good stay but it could have been a lot better if the bed and cleanliness were better"

6.0

The location is perfect for milling about the town, you don't need to go anywhere but if you wanted to it's a great base for exploring. The apartment is good, plenty of room and a bright space.

The cleanliness wasn't quite upto scratch, there were a lot of cobwebs and hairs in the bathroom. The decor is tired and there are a lot of scuff marks on all the walls which make it look worse than it is, a lick of pant would go a long way. The bed is very uncomfortable, there was a comment in the guestbook saying the Matress had been changed after a previous guest had a complaint about it but the Matress is dire and it seems a Matress topper is the "fix" but unfortunately it doesn't cut it.

"Overall we enjoyed are stay at this property and the place Looe is a great place."

8.0

Excellent property with everything you need and its in a great spot.

The underfloor heating was not working properly. Upstairs seem to have a mind of its own and downstairs did not work at all. But however, they supplied electric heaters and this was absolutely fine. The communication with them which was Harry was excellent!!! Nice to have a parking spot in a gated area, but beware the spots are not wide enough. Luckily no one was using the spot next to me.

"Great apartment for our family stay (2 adults and a teenager)"

9.0

The apartment was in a perfect location to explore Looe, just a few minutes from all shoos, restaurants and the beach, with the closest shops and a donut place, 30 seconds away. The apartment itself, was clean, Tudy with everything you needed. A fully stocked kitchen, so you could cook anything you wanted from simple beans on toast to a full roast dinner. The complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits were nice too. There was a TV, dvd player, and Sony sound system for when you wanted to stay in and relax plus a football table and a selection of board games when you wanted some fun and competition. The beds were very comfortable and the blinds shut out all the light so you slept well each night. I suppose the only improvement that could be made in the double bedroom is a bigger wardrobe, but we shared some of the space in the other room, so wasn't too much of a big deal. The shower was lovely, very relaxing and the bathroom big. Finally, having a parking space was an added bonus, albeit a little tight. However, if you needed it there was a huge car park directly oppoaite, which was very reasonably priced. The apartment was also very well sound proofed, we didn't hear the neighbours at all.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. The car park space is narrow so the passenger does need to get out before parking. There are 3 spaces next to each other. Maybe if there was a sign asking drivers to park over to the left of their space a little, it would make it easier for all 3 cars. If you have a very wide car, or your mobility requires you to be able to open the door fully to be able to get in and out, this won't be a parking space for you if all cars are parked there.
