Phuong Nam Hotel

The staff provided Good customer service . We reach there early morning before our check in time and they allow us to use the bathroom to wash up and we can leave our luggage with them free of charge so We can go out to get breakfast and walk around before check in time. From our room we can seen very nice scenery when we wake up in the morning that’s make your day. Good location Near to Sun Plaza with a lots of restaurants and massages around. Food and massages are good and prices are reasonable.

Hope they can do some upgrading about their room furniture, a bit too old.

The service. The nice English speaking staff. Very professional.

My friends and I like the location and the ambience of the hotel; it exceeded our expectations as well, and it was very near the attractions like Sun Plaza Station, etc.

The traffic in the vicinity is very heavy when someone is dropping off their guest at nearby hotels.

We had a comfortable 2 night stay.

Not all things were as advertised. There was no hot tub or spa to use.

The bed has a heater. The lobby bathroom has a heated shower which we were able to use before we board our bus going back to Hanoi.

It is a bit climb going to Sa Pa Center. Cars would get congested due to narrow roads leading to the hotel
