It’s very clean ! Well located with a parking out of the ZTL at 10min walk

Even though the policy is stated in advance, the check-in and check-out times are highly inconvenient. It is the first time we have encountered an owner so rigid on this matter. Ultimately, the value for money is very poor. The 2 points less are for 2 basic polite things : -The way the owner (man) talk to me, was arrogant. When I said that i had an issue on the code at the entrance. -Second, the fact that the owner (girl) took our room key in an underhanded way without even asking us (we still had time for checkout since it was 9.30am)

Struttura nuova, curata nei minimi dettagli e davvero esageratamente accogliente. La pulizia è impeccabile, uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più. L'organizzazione per il check-in e il check-out è stata perfetta, rendendo tutto estremamente semplice e veloce. La posizione è il vero valore aggiunto, sei praticamente a due passi da tutti i principali luoghi d'interesse, ideale per chi vuole girare la città comodamente a piedi. Consigliatissima per chi cerca comfort, modernità e una location strategica

La proximité du marché du Capo, la situation par rapport à l'opéra et autres lieux. La terrasse bien sympathique. Les échanges avec les propriétaires

Attention toutefois, appartement sans ascenseur donc si vous avez des bagages conséquents ou de l'arthrose ça peut être sportif
