L'appartamento è davvero bello, c'è tutto: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, doccia con cromoterapia. Materassi comodi, 2 cuscini a testa. Anche un sup a disposizione. Davvero ottimo. La posizione è comodissima per visitare tutta la zona.10 Min da Pola, 10 da Medulin, 10 da Premantura. A Banjole a parte le 3 spiagge non c'è molto, non c'è un vero centro per la passeggiata serale, ma c'è comunque l'essenziale (ristoranti e supermercati). Mi piacerebbe vedere qualche vecchia foto di questo paesino. Irena gentilissima e solare.

Nulla, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa la bici non era in buone condizioni ed era bucata, mentre il sup è sparito per due giorni, notte compresa. Nulla di grave. I prezzi croati sono lievitati a livelli altissimi. Coni gelati a 7 euro, bottigliette d'acqua a 2,5 euro. È un grosso azzardo.

Ubytování odpovídalo nabídce. Apartmán byl v I. patře. Dva samostatné pokoje s klimatizací. Dva záchody. Plně vybavená kuchyň. K zapůjčení paddleboard, rakety na badminton. Funkční WIFFI. V blízkosti apartmánu se nachází pizzerie. Na přivítanou jsme dostali víno, pivo, minerálku včetně oplatků.

V době našeho pobytu nefungovala klimatizace v kuchyni. K apartmánu byly pouze jedny klíče, což považujeme za mínus. Klíče sloužily nejen k uzamčení apartmánu, ale i vstupu do celého objektu. V kuchyni u jídelního stolu byly nepohodlné židle. Netýká se ubytování, ale v Banjole mi chyběla pekárna. Nejbližší jsme našli asi 1 km od ubytování u kempu, další byla asi 500 m od ubytování při příjezdu do Banjole. Postrádala jsem v Banjole nějakou promenádu, kde si můžete koupit zmrzlinu, pohled nebo nějakou drobnost na památku, stejně jako stánek s ovocem.

Our family recently spent 7 days at Villa San Avia Apartment in Banjole, Croatia, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our stay. This apartment was a perfect home away from home for our vacation. The location is great—just a short stroll to the beach, making it incredibly convenient for daily beach outings, plenty of excursion options nearby within a short driving distance.The apartment itself was spotless and extremely well-equipped. As a family with younger children, we fully recommend this amazing villa, it was the most comfortable holiday for us, fully equipped kitchen, big spacious rooms, big terrace, very clean with quality furniture and equipments. The villa is super close to restaurants, beaches, groceries. Very kind, friendly, helpful owners and the lady who welcomed us and gave our keys is the kindest, who gave us many excellent recommendations what to visit during our holiday. We truly recommend this place.

The location is perfect, just a five-minute walk from the beach and opposite a fantastic pizzeria. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker, etc. The beds were very comfortable and decent sized. Fantastic panoramic walk in beautiful sorroundings. Highly recommend for those seeking top-notch comfort and convenience.

Fantastic experience! It rarely happens that the actual experience in the venue is actually better than the one you saw before in the pictures. Fully equipped kitchen which is fantastic. Although there is one bathroom, you have 2 toilets which is very useful for a family. Very close to the supermarket and nice walking areas, cafes, etc. Free parking. Very strong WiFi. Overall I really recommend this place for your stay in Banjole area.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful apartment with a big terrace, lovely green area where children can play.  Fully equipped big, new, modern kitchen with all appliances you need.  Very peaceful area without any noises yet close to the beach - walking distance (couple of minutes).  2 separate bedrooms with en-suite bathroom which is extremely comfortable for a family + separated bedroom for one person.  Large couch for comfortable sitting with a big TV + Playstation.  Very beautifully decorated apartment - top!
