The stay was charming and relaxing. Really close to assissi. Amazing views. The restaurant has delicious dishes

The pool is smaller than you would think. This is the only disadvantage that i saw. But it is good for a cool down, nut really for swimming.

Bella struttura in posizione strategica per visitare Assisi e le più belle cittadine dell'Umbria: Gubbio, Spello, Spoleto,... La vista sulla città è magnifica. Comodo il posteggio per la macchina, la struttura rimane sulla strada principale ma rimane comunque molto tranquilla e non si sente troppo il rumore delle auto, di notte è anche molto tranquillo. Il giardino con la piscina è un'oasi di pace tenuta benissimo. La stanza è piccolina ma accogliente. Il bagno molto stretto ma accessoriato con tutto il necessario. Pulizia impeccabile. Colazione ottima con torte e dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante a cena e lo consigliamo vivamente. Una nota di merito anche al personale, sempre gentile e sorridente.

L'insonorizzazione interna non è il massimo, purtroppo non tutti gli ospiti sono sempre attenti agli altri e a volte si sentiva il rumore delle persone che facevano su e giù dalle scale e parlavano o sbattevano porte.

Vriendelijk personeel maar meer afwezig dan aanwezig. Een handdoek voor aan het zwembad was handig geweest.

The property was absolutely stunning. From the moment we arrived, we were completely captivated by its beauty and charm. Without a doubt, it is one of the most enchanting hotels we have ever stayed in, made even more special by the exceptional staff, whose warmth and attentiveness made our stay truly unforgettable. When we entered our room and opened the window, we were greeted by a breathtaking panoramic view of Assisi stretching out before us—a priceless sight that we will never forget. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with air conditioning, ensuring complete comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning. The selection of homemade cakes, local cheeses, and cured meats was outstanding, and it quickly became something we looked forward to waking up for every day. The location is simply perfect. Although you feel as though you are staying in a peaceful countryside farmhouse, surrounded by tranquility and the soothing sound of cicadas in the evening, the historic center of Assisi is only a short 10-minute drive away. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. We left with unforgettable memories and cannot wait to return.
