The extremely soft mattress and hard pillows, being bitten by insects in bed (maybe bed bugs), and dead insects on the floor.

"Was glad and Amazed with Emma welcome address and their breakfast was superb"

I was amazed how Emma received us and guided us

The bed in my room was making noise so much so I think they need to fix it or change it,with the water heaters aren't working
