Hotel , oud. bedden slecht . Hotel is toe aan complete renovatie. Veel te duur !!! Geen airco

Good location

No air conditioning in upper rooms. Very uncomfortable. Toilet didn’t work. Hairs in breakfast.

We stayed there as we were attending a wedding. The wedding rooms were lovely

The bedrooms are very dated and the mattress was disgustingly stained all over it. It needs a good deep clean and upgrade for £155 per night with no breakfasts. Very disappointing

Room was red hot and the heating was stuck on and would not move us till my girlfriend went to resection and put a complain about it and they still came to the room and check but when did so they did move us but that was not the best room but it was better than the Sahara desert room

Dirty. Cigarette ends/ rubbish everywhere. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling. Poor state of repair. Charging for parking as a resident!. Overall it's awful.

Great central location, beautiful room, very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were very hot, and the bar opposite played very loud music until after midnight. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but unfortunately it meant we didn’t get much sleep. Mattress very hard and worn divots on both sides.

Our room was way above our expectation. The decor and comfort of the room was superb and very well thought out. The breakfast hamper was amazing and so delicious. We had forgotten just how lovely continental style breakfasts could be, and that was due to the very high quality produce in our breakfast hamper.

Absolutely nothing could have been better, except next time we will definately be staying for longer, so we can enjoy the lovely gardens too.
