Peaceful location. Good swimming pool. Comfortable bed.

A bit more flexibility with check-in would be nice. I asked about the possibility of early check-in and was told it wasn't available as all rooms were booked. This clearly wasn't true as there were still rooms available online when we arrived. I know early check-in is a privilege not a right, and I don't mind being told no, but it's a nice touch when places try to accommodate this rather than pretending they are fully booked.
