Really quirky little moon pod. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed our experience. Shower nice and hot

Jo was easy to reach and very accommodating. The pod is lovely and the facilities are well maintained - the solar powered light didn't work which was a little difficult as the pod is pitch black at night. But we were warm and comfortable and 100% would stay again.

Hostess was friendly and kind. Easy place to park a motorcycle. Needed a good nights sleep and the pod enabled me to do that.

We absolutely loved the pod. It was beautiful. Particularly the sound of the rain on the roof during the night. The bed was super comfy and we the bed linen was soft. In terms of the shower facilities, we thought it was an ingenious design. Blown away by it all.

Comfortable mattress

No window or place to sit inside, it would be better if the door was on the garden side, guests would have more privacy. No covered, sheltered from the rain place to prepare food and eat meals. Inside a comfortable mattress and a very small, folding table, no shelves for unpacking and arranging things. Everything has to be kept in bags under the bed. The door to the cottage is more than half a meter above the ground, I have a problem with my knee and without help I would not be able to get inside. Some kind of step would be useful. In the cottage-bathroom, hot water is only in the shower. Only cold water in the sink. A place to stay only on warm summer days and nights. I do not recommend it for rainy days, we had nowhere to dry our jackets. Generally speaking, the price is too high in relation to the comfort

Quirky little place with all facilities as described. Bed was comfortable and compost toilet was fine, shower hot. The garden was nice and our little dog ran around, everything was secure so she couldn’t escape. BBQ available to use and a kettle, mugs, plates, cutlery but bring your own teabags and milk. 2 sockets inside for electrical items. The location is an easy drive to Camber Sands and Rye.

I wasn’t expecting the moonpod to be on the back patio behind the bungalow. It seemed from the photos that it was in a field. It was fine though as it felt private enough and the field was at the end of the garden.

This was something a little different to what we’d normally stay in but we weren’t disappointed. Everything was very clean, comfy and although we didn’t use the bbq, there were lovely seating areas with views out to the countryside. It is in a good location not too far from Rye.

It was very simple accommodation, which added to the charm, it was however superbly comfortable and scrupulously clean. Although there is not much room in the accommodation itself, there was access to a huge and beautiful garden, which made for a relaxing evening. Bathroom is functional, but again beautifully clean, and I can now add showering in a large bucket to my holiday accomplishments. It was only a short break, but it was beautiful in its simplicity. Communication was great from booking onwards, and the accommodation was easy to find.

Nothing, I wish we had had the time for a longer break there.
