Extremely clean and well-equipped guest house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Cozy, peaceful atmosphere and very welcoming hosts. Perfect starting point for exploring the area, with a delicious pizzeria nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the region. Highly recommended!

Una casa moderna y amplia, una buena cocina y todo muy bien equipado, Omar muy atento en todo momento y amable, tuvimos un pequeño problema con la limpieza al llegar y Omar nos lo solucionó enseguida y hasta nos regaló un bizcocho por las molestias, todo un encanto. Con aparcamiento privado, lavadora y secadora. El apartamento está a 10 minutos de Sirmione, camas cómodas y utensilios de la cocina nuevos, teníamos café de cápsulas, aceite, sal, vinagre, y té. Una estancia muy cómoda.

First of all, I’d like to thank Omar for the wonderful stay in the apartment! Location: The apartment is in the small city, where you can walk and find a local cafeteria and a local grocery store. With the car you can reach the walking promenade on Lake Garda and it takes 9-10 minutes. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and matches the description perfectly. Everything is new. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The bathroom is clean and modern, and hot water comes from a gas heater — which is great, as it provides a stable supply of hot water without limitations. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment has two air conditioning units. The internet is fast and stable. The washing machine isn’t inside the apartment but located next to the parking lot — which I actually found convenient, since you can do your laundry without hearing the noise. The capsule coffee machine is fantastic. I never thought a capsule machine could produce such high-quality coffee! Once you see the capsules, it’s clear why. One small downside is that the capsules aren’t available in local stores, so you’ll need to ask Omar to provide some. The parking lot is covered (great protection from sun and hail) and very spacious. Even our large SUV fit in without any issues. What I want to highlight especially is how much the host cares about his guests — that’s truly something special. At the beginning of our stay, we had two minor technical issues: one with the water heater and one with an AC unit. The first issue was solved immediately via WhatsApp (with a little help from me). The second issue was more serious — the AC electronics were completely broken. Normally, something like that doesn’t get fixed during a short stay, so I didn’t expect a solution. But to my surprise, it was fixed within one day! The host’s hospitality isn’t just words — it’s something you genuinely experience.

Spacious rooms, good location, comfortable beds.

It is a new renovation that requires finishing. No socket covers, holes in walls with cover boxes and exposed wires, shower cubical requires new silicone as mold residue. Shower tray requires a slip mat as VERY serious slip hazard! Main door handle come off in hand internally. RECOMMEND checking drawers before new guests arrive as we was greeted with someones used underwear. Internal door mat to wipe feet when entering as very slippy when wet (we had some heavy rain), was a door mat externally but very wet. Nothing to hang wet coats up. Huge lounge with only one little sofa bed and one plastic garden chair, not enough seating for 4 adults to relax. No basics provided (hand soap).

The house is very spacious and modern. It includes all the necessities you could possibly need: oven, dishwasher, microwave, big fridge, kettle, an iron and a private parking place right by the house. Everything was very clean, including the bedsheets and the towels. The owner was very friendly and always available. If we visit this area again we will definitely stay in this house.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was spacious and clean. It is recently refurbished with all comforts one might need. Everything inside was new. The owner was very polite, he waited for us and showed us the apartment. The parking place was excellent, as was the location in Ponti Sul Mincio.

The property was really well located just 5 mins outside of the Lake so had peace and quiet. It was very modern and finished really nice. Omar was really helpful and always available if you needed him but at the same time didn’t contact you just left you to your holiday. Very much recommended for a lovely quiet and peaceful little area with plenty of local quiet places to eat.
