My girlfriend and i went on a vacation to Croatia and since we’re students, we were on a bit of a budget. As a couple we didn’t want to stay in a Hostel, so we would have more privacy, but this place was absolutely terrible. We knew it was never gonna be anything amazing but there were strange stains on the walls and the bedding, exposed wires. The real problem came when i told the owner, he promised me the full refund and all i had to do was cancel the booking, so i did and we booked somewhere else for pretty much the same price. After nearly two months of back an fourth with the booking.com customer service i finally got my money back.

It was a last minute booking in the center of the City, right on the main walk, and I was lucky to get a room. The room was very small, but the shower and bathroom were adequate. It was quite OK for one person and for a one night stay.

It was a Friday to Saturday stay. I had forgotten how loud it can get until very late (one in the morning and beyond) because of the cafes on the square right below the property.
