USThe room was clean, AC was good. The food was included and it was authentic good food. The hotel staff can coordenate any extra trips you need like a trip to see sun set, mashroom and badwin, camels trip, or baloon. Just tell them what you want and they will prepare it for you(not free). at night there was a dj, free tea, and a fire, we gathered there and start dancing under the direct sky. it was worth the amount

AUAMAZING food - the dinner was the best we have eaten in Jordan... the staff were so friendly & accommodating. Rooms are as pictured which is not always the case! We had a very short & sweet visit, well worth it 😊

FRReasonable price for a midrange camp (not a simple tent, not a luxurious bubble). The bubble was spacious. The food was good and very varied.
The location was wrong. It's not in the Wadi Rum protected area but outside to the north (no need to pay the entrance fee but the place is full of trash). The place has many names (Lulua luxury Camp on Google maps). It lacks transparency. The bed was very hard. First place in Jordan were they made us pay for water (not even a small bottle in the room). They put very loud music on very bad speakers at the beginning and end of the dinner (it breaks the magic of the quiet desert...). The sunset camel ride was pathetic: a bedouin guy took us for a 15-20 min ride, them left us 20-30 min on a small dune to "see the sunset", then took us back before the actual sunset "to have time to be back before dark"...
NLThe jeep tour through wadi rum was exelent.
Staff english very poor causing guests didn't know what they booked. location on booking isn't correct. This camp is NOT inside protected area of wadi rum. Hospitality is below jordan average, we feel focus is more on money then customer satisfaction.
CZFriendly staff, good location. Don't forget to visit the two stone bridges nearby in the north direction. Tasty dinners. Very good value for money.
The plastic smell inside the tent but I guess that's common.

Other than the wifi, everything was exceptional! I would definitely visit again, and If you want some detox from internet it ideal! The staff was really good and tried to help us with any way possible all the time.
GBThe welcome and friendly manner was absolutely brilliant! The room was upgraded without any extra charges. Atif was very kind and hospitable. The driver called Ouda was a fantastic guide and had a great sense of humour! The staff created a brilliant atmosphere at the evening tea party after the delicious dinner.
