"Modern apartment, short walk to old town and very helpful host."

The property was clean, modern and had all the items needed for my stay. Andrija the host was helpful, provided good instructions and options to park. He provided a cot for my baby and checked in if anything further was needed

"Great stay."

Good location. Staff was great.

It is on a Main Street, so there is some traffic noise, but mostly during the daytime.

"Subliem appartement van excelente host (Andrija)!"

Werkelijk subliem appartement! Smaakvol ingericht, schoon, comfortabel, gelegen op prima locatie ten opzichte van boulevard bezienswaardigheid en strand. De communicatie met eigenaar en host, Andrija, verliep bijzonder soepel. Hij is gemakkelijk in de omgang, proactief en behulpzaam. Zeer aan te bevelen!

The entire place was excellent, well kept, clean, great location everything within walking distance Andrija was a perfect host, made sure we had everything that we needed, check-in was smooth. Probably the best place that I have stayed thus far. I fully recommend staying here, I encourage it. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you so much Andrija.

"Lovely few days"

Perfect for 4 nights in split. Extremely helpful and friendly host (gifted us a bottle of wine and gave us lots of info) apartment was clean and in a good location 5 mins from the start of split riva, shared apartment block but felt very safe and secure.

Only nit pick would be that there was no iron.

"A good apartment in Split"

It is very nice and modern and is in walking distance from old town. Andrija contacted us before arrival to give tips on parking, sent a video on how to check-in and info on restaurants/supermarkets/beaches and day tours We enjoyed staying in the apartment.

"Was a lovely stay and would stay again"

It was spotless, very nicely decorated and very engaged host who could not offer enough services to me. Even giving advice for my next destination.

It’s quite an unassuming building and I received a picture of the building whilst I was driving so didn’t really know what to look for. For context, I’m a solo traveller and was navigating busy traffic in Split
