Everything! The bed, the bathroom, the kitchen utensils , it made the stay enjoyable, really a nice place to stay for a short visit! Will recommend and it would be my go to place when I’m in town again!

Place was cosy. Host was very accommodating. Room is very clean & does have a shower and room comes with a mini fridge & other appliances with complimentary teas and coffees. Public transport is near by and easy to catch. Very safe too.

The bathroom and toilet was clean

The bed seems to be too hard,the bed spread was. Not too clean,room needs air freshener to give it nice smell and fridge is not working properly.

The room was extremely cosy with more facilities than we were expecting. Their was a microwave, toaster, kettle, 2 bowls, cutlery, tea etc. & 4 bottles of water all set out on a large table with a chair which didn't take away from the space of the room. Under the table was a good sized fridge which came in very helpful. The double bed was really comfortable which had a clothes rail at the end, A large radiator & also a plug-in oil radiator which heated the room instantly! The bathroom was immaculate (as was the bedroom!), Which included an excellent shower which was a good size, toilet, generous amount of toilet rools, hand basin with a large storage cupboard underneath & a big bath cosy bath mat. Taking your own towels is nessecary but this wasn't a problem. The key was in a secured box near a locked gate, everything felt very secure indeed. On arrival, the host was there to meet us as we had given an arrival time & he was very pleasant! Infact, all communication through booking.com was straight forward & clear. The price was spot on & the location was not too far from the City Centre. We easily found a free parking space across from the property & used Uber to travel around Manchester which did not cost too much. I would definitely recommend booking this suite .

This accommodation is only 5 minutes walk from Levenshulme station, which is only a 5 minutes train ride to Manchester Piccadilly. I would much rather stay here than in a much more expensive hotel in Manchester city centre. The accommodation was newly decorated, really clean and also warm with an extra oil filled radiator provided in addition to the central heating. Because the accommodation is separate to the house, it was extremely quiet. The host was very welcoming and made every effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I have rated this exceptional because it really was.
