Nice hospitality from the staff Magnificent building

Bed was comfortable, and the curtains gave a decent amount of privacy which is amazing. They came in daily to clean, and all bedding/sheets were clean. There was enough bedding that I was decently warm at night. The beds had working lights and normal outlets, not just the USB outlets some hostels use . Hot water in the shower which is always appreciated. Plus hot water and coco leaves provided free of charge. Breakfast was great. Staff were so nice and helpful. The coffee from the coffee shop was amazing and fairly priced. WiFi worked great for streaming and video calls. Earplugs available at the front desk as well as towels etc Storage locker was large and could fit a carryon suitcase and backpack, though not wide enough to fit a traditional checked bag.

To be clear this place is amazing but here is the honest review of areas that could be improved upon: This hostel still uses physical keys where guests need to remember to lock the door behind themselves, which for an 8 bunk room means people always forget to lock the door. I stayed in the all girls room and when the male staff member helped me carry my bag to my room he opened the door without needing the key because someone left it unlocked. It gave the vibe that anyone could come in at any time, which as a solo female traveler doesn't make me feel safe. I prefer when hostels use the doors that automatically lock behind you or when the doors lock is electronic requiring a key pad, key card or fob to enter. Not the end of the world though. I didn't like that the ladder and grab bar for upper bunks was black. When the lights are off they are invisible, I've stayed at other places that added colored strips to them and one place that colored them white. Much easier to see at night. When water isn't safe to drink for a lot of guests I do love it when they have a water bottle refill station to help reduce the use of plastic bottles. This hostel probably does sell plastic water bottles for a decent price so at least guests have access to safe water. But for a hostel this successful I think they could take the extra step and add a refill station to be more environmentally conscious.

Me gustó Todo!! Lo único que sugiero es mejorar la instalación en el baño de la habitación para poder colgar toallas y también algún lugar para poder secar la ropa.
