There are many bars around the house so you can get the food easily.

Checkin and checkout were easy and straightforward. The apartment is well located: a few minutes walk from the train station, a few minutes to the sea, as well as near everything in Ventimiglia. The absolute delight was the balcony with panoramic views of the old town and the surrounding mountains! We only used the coffee machine and Manuela provided many extra pods as we told her it was the only thing we would use. The shower was hot and good, the towels fluffy and the place clean.

It might be us, but the bedding didn’t fit well and seemed old, but we stayed in several places In Italy where the bedding was cotton/polyester and it was a joy in those places where there were cotton sheets and duvet covers. This did not affect our stay or our rating (as it obviously didn’t others) as the bedding was irrelevant when compared to the overall stay!

2nd stay here, fantastic location, very clean and comfortable studio apartment.

This was a very nice apartment with all of the required facilities. The balcony had fantastic street views and the sea could be seen at the end of the street. It was close to a large range of food options and only a short walk from the station. We would stay here again.

Host Manuela was very kind and helpful. The room is big and comfortable.It has a small balcony where yiu can see the mountain. Very nice view. There are many restaurants around the apartment. It is about 7 mins slow walk to train station.

Very clean and modern apartment with fantastic view from balcony. Very good communication with host. Very centrally located with the beach only 2 minutes away. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this apartment. Hope to be back next year.....
