Esperienza pessima. Vengo contattato ripetutamente dall’host il giorno prima del soggiorno per concordare l’orario di ceck-in perché lui si occupa di molte strutture su Bologna e non può dare sempre disponibilità. Concordiamo l’orario del ceck-in fra le 11 e le 12 (unica fascia disponibile) e al momento del ceck-in la camera non era pronta dicendomi che avrei dovuto aspettare probabilmente anche due ore dopo l’orario concordato per le pulizie del caso invitandomi, peraltro, ad attendere che la camera fosse pronta al di fuori del palazzo del b&b. Camera terribile, spartana, sicuramente un affittacamere per studenti tramutato in b&b improvvisato. Il bagno fatiscente.

Era cómodo y Danilo fue muy amable y claro con las instrucciones. Recomiendo 1000% quedarse aquí si tienes poco presupuesto para Bologna (porque es bastante caro todo). Es seguro y muy limpio.
No es un lugar de lujo, pero el host es una gran persona. Muy educado y preocupado.

Really clean room with everything you need. It's a shared bathroom but just next door. Pretty close to the city centre without being noisy, so pretty good value for money.

"Basic, somewhere to lay my head but terrible value for money!"

The location (close to station and centre) was fine but everything else not so much.
On Booking.com it stated that the check-in time was from 12.00. The owner informed me that it was 1.00/1.30. This affected my planning for the day. The owner was friendly and courteous but the price of €80 for the stay (including a very poor and unhealthy breakfast, left on table all day) was awful. There were also so many apartments that it was extremely difficult to find the correct one.
