"I am requesting a refund. Space was unusable."

I was unable to use the room. I was by myself, with a foot-leg brace to my knee. Unable to go up 3 flights of stairs with luggage. I spoke with the owner and she agreed due to my current physical issue, the place was inappropriate for me.I am requesting a refund.
