The house is really nicely decorated, as seen on photos in Booking.com. It is cozy, clean, and spacious. The location is very convenient, about 2 minutes walk to the Ban Jelačić Square and very central with many restaurants around. We also chanced upon the other end of Gric Tunnel nearby the apartment. The host was also responsive when I reached out to enquiry about the heater in the apartment.

I wasn't very happy with the unexpected additional fee that I had to pay during checkout. I had contacted the host to check if late checkout (or to leave our luggages for a few hours) was possible. Through Whatsapp communication, the host assured me that late checkout would not be an issue, with no mention of an additional fee. With this, I booked GoOpti for a later timing. However, on the checkout day, the host seemed to have forgotten the arrangement and mentioned that there would be an additional fee if I needed a late checkout. As it was not possible to change the pick up time with GoOpti, and it is impossible for me to lug luggage around during winter, I had to pay the fee. It would have been nicer if the fee had been properly communicated from the start.

The location was excellent. The apartment was very clean and had big rooms. Checkin was very smooth.

The apartment was on the second floor with no lift.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes App mitten in Zentrum von Zagreb.

Die Lage vom Apartment ist hervorragend, es liegt gleich in einem belebten Viertel. Viele hervorragende Restaurants und auch Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig im Apartment. Außerdem ist es super, dass es zwei Badezimmer gibt. Perfekt für zwei Pärchen. Sonst war auch alles top! Parken muss man ein wenig außerhalb, da es keine Parkplätze gibt!

Right in the center of the town with all the sights just a walk away. The apartment is maintained to a high standard and the hosts helped us with all our queries. We stayed over the weekend and even though there were late night revellers, we couldn’t hear a thing when the windows were closed. The bakery just 2 doors down was really good especially the borek. I’d definitely stay here again. One of the few apartments that has 2 toilets with showers, helps when you are 2 or 3 couples.

It’s on the 2nd floor and only stairs. Having said that, the stairs aren’t too bad even with lugging some baggage.
