Hotel Bajet Gaya Warisan

Price is very cheap of coz for budget hotel Location is prime right at centre but because of that also traffic is very bad. 5 min journey became 30 min. We managed to get this rooms last minutes because Kota Bharu has limited numbers of hotels and they tend to overbook during school or peak season.

We booked two rooms. One room is better than the other. The room i stayed in is run down, exposed wire extension, plug didnt work, no TV, no kettle, rusty water pipe ( water is brown in colour), questionable safety since our room directly connected to outside and the lock to our room is just a doorknob. I think to improve should have some door bolt or chain at least. Hallway is super noisy, can hear people walking down the corridor. Mattress is really really old it sagged. No staff around nobody take out the rubbish i put in hallway because ants started to crawl in. No staff at counter or check in they just gave u instruction how to check in via whatsapp.
