The flat is located in the centre of Genoa, very clean and new. Close to all sights. All facilities are available. A 50% discount on parking is available.

The owner, without prior warning, told us to pay an additional 30 euros of city tax.

This apartment is the real treasure! Everything is perfectly clean, air-conditioned, newly refurbished in an authentic historical building. I also appreciated the design of the rooms. The location is perfect, very close parking, historical center, the porto antico, famous aquarium and the bus& train station. Family friendly environment. Maurizio, the host, is very welcoming and warm hearted person. He gave us very good recommendations on the restaurants, beaches and places worth to visit. Very responsive and helpful host. I would highly recommend this location for leasure or even business stay (quiet and good internet connection). Will be happy to stay at this apartment again.
