Very clean, aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I had a great time there and slept soundly.

Location next to Mydin Mall, Da Men Mall and Giant. So many place for food and grocery. Property has a lot of cool amenities like pool and playground. Parking is free. Netflix! Comfy bed.

So dirty. Ants everywhere. Trash found in the cabinets. The bathroom drainage gets blocked every time we showered. Moldy sponge in the kitchen sink. Wet used towel in the bathroom. The cushion covers looks like it hasn't been wash in ages. Dirty rags.

Convenient - there are Giant and Mydin supermarket, sports hall, shopping mall, coffeeshop and 24hr convenient store nearby

- Cockroach - we were greeted the moment we enter the unit🥶 - ⁠Ants - it is infested everywhere on the dining table - Dirty cutlery - ⁠Kitchen cabinets are faulty - 2nd room Aircond noisy and not cooling - Sofa is dusty and causes itchiness - Furniture decomposing and peeling - Toilet roll left little to use, - ⁠Shower gel too diluted, like water - Fridge dirty - possibly leftovers from previous customer and not cleared and clean - Counter top dirty - oily to touch and we saw under microwave is full of dust and food crumbs - Ceiling Fan in the living room is covered with thick dust - Rug is dirty - ⁠Toilet is dirty with musky smell - cabinet is rotting - ⁠Mattress might need to change as it smell badly - ⁠Bed sheets doesn't feel clean as it has sweaty smell too
